Cancellations &Credits & Rebates

The Club highly recommends Travel Insurance if any guest is concerned about the possibility of a cancellation.

1. Cancellation for any reason prior to arrival:

Full refund if one cancels more than 90 days prior to scheduled time in camp. 50% refund for cancellations between 60 and 90 days before scheduled arrival in camp unless a replacement is secured. Cancellations for any reason within 60 days before scheduled arrival in camp will result in a refund only if a replacement can be secured.

2. Cancellation by BBSC

Full refund.

3: “Acts of God” (for full rate guests.)

Full refund if travel is restricted by the government. Credit of 50% (but not tips and taxes on tips) if the guest opts not to come, to be used within the subsequent season.

4. Weather related issues, such as high water, low water, warm water, no refund or credit.

5. Total river closure: (for full rate guests)

A credit of 75% of the unused portion of the daily rod fee (but not tips or taxes on tips) can be credited against the cost of future fishing to be used within the subsequent season.

6. Medical & Family Emergency:

The Executive Committee MAY consider some level of credit. However, The Club highly recommends trip insurance for those concerned about a cancellation.
